Project Description:
The 3,000 square feet mixed use building located in Historic Roswell was designed and built following all the norms specified by the Roswell Historical Society. The main purpose of the design of this two floor building was to be able to allow that two business function simultaneously by having independent entrances. After its completion, this modern-historic building was featured in a Roswell Community newspaper.

Project Description:
The project consists of a 45,000 square feet, four story office building to house the Administration Building for City of Cumming. The building was modeled after an old design of an original 1904 Forsyth County Courthouse that burned in 1973. The structure is made of structural steel frame with composite elevated slab. The roof is a combination of a standing seam metal roof around the perimeter and the tower which has a built up roof membrane at the center. The exterior skin is a combination of brick veneer with cast stone coping around aluminium windows and at the soffit. The two story lobby area includes marble flooring, an ornamental curved stair and custom molding and architectural lighting. Lighted bollards, floor lights, brick pavers, ornamental handrails, site benches and beautiful landscape provide a pedestrian friendly environment in downtown Cumming.

Project Description:
Cobb County Fire & Emergency headquarters is a 17,000 square foot, one story steel building with a metal roof and brick facing facility. All around the entrance is a large storefront with beautiful cast stone and the logo of the fire department was specially designed to match the brick and colors of the rest of the building. The interior area is spacious with a large front lobby, hallways and comfortable offices. The headquarters is provided with a state of the art security alarm system. The scope of work also included system furniture that could conceal all the electrical work.

Project Description:
This is a design-build project with a guaranteed maximum price of $ 1.5 million. The project consists of 15,000 square feet and three story office space. It is a structural steel frame building with wood trusses, standing seam metal roof, skylight system, stucco entrance and 45 car parking lot. The challenging features in this projects are associated with running utilities and housing the facility in a very narrow and a steep lot while meeting all the ADA requirements.
