Project Description:

This project consists of a 35,750 square foot warehouse development in Forsyth County. The warehouse facility is made up of two pre-engineered building structures with aluminum store fronts, brick facing and stucco soffits on three sides and painted concrete masonry units in the back. The buildings are set in 20 foot and 25 foot bay sizes and each bay is equipped with a 12'x12' power operated overhead door. The development is set as a shell space with future tenant build out.
